If an item is defective, such as a pad with a broken snap, we will happily replace it. Just send us an email on [email protected] describing the problem. If easier you can message us on +44 (0) 7742 900542.
If you’d like to return all or part of your order for any other reason, please note that only unused pads purchased within the last 28 days can be returned.
