I really want you to be happy with your purchase but if you do have a problem with your order please contact me straight away and I’ll sort it out for you.
If you are using cloth pads for the first time, I suggest that you try just one pad (please wash it first) to be sure you are satisfied before washing the whole order. If you should decide to return them, keep the one you used and send the unwashed, unused pads back to us for a full refund (delivery costs and return postage are non-refundable).
You can reach us at [email protected] or if easier you can message us on +44 (0) 7577 035452. Please note this number accepts texts only.
We ship worldwide. I’m based in the UK, so if you’re from overseas they may take just a little longer to get to you.
UK shipping is free! EU £3.00 for for the first pad and then £1 for each additional one. Rest of World £5.00 for for the first pad and then £1 for each additional one.

After you have used your pads you can rinse them in cold water and allow them to soak in cold water until you are ready to wash them. You dont have to soak them but doing so will help reduce the chance of staining. The pads are best washed at 40 degrees without fabric conditioners. Fabric conditioners reduces the absorbency of the pads. You can tumble dry the pads on a low heat (apart from Cotton Jersey topped pads which must be line dried) but where possible it is best to line dry them as the sunlight also helps to “bleach” any staining.
Polar fleece repels water; microfleece absorbs it. That’s why most pads we make with microfleece has a hidden waterproof PUL layer. Whilst polar fleece doesn’t require a PUL waterproof layer, it’s not quite as protective as a microfleece pad with a PUL layer. But the added advantage is that it is more breathable which some women find more comfortable.
Best of all is Wind Pro fleece. It is super water repellent and highly breathable. Our premium pads are made with Wind Pro.
